If a shipment we have sent has been lost or damaged in transit, please let us know so we can raise an investigation and claim with the courier. Please provide the following information to prevent delays:
- Order reference.
- Cost price of the product.
- Supporting cost price documentation.
- If claiming for loss:
- A customer statement saying that they’ve checked with everyone on their property, searched any potential safe places the driver may have left it, and asked their neighbours.
- If claiming for damage:
- A description and clear pictures of damage to the product.
- Pictures of the internal and external packaging, highlighting any damage (if any).
- A readable picture of the shipping label.
