We know your customers will be eager to receive their orders and might want to track them, to help you help your customers we have put together a quick guide that explains the tracking process for all of our couriers.
To track a parcel, you will often need three pieces of information:
- Courier service
- Tracking number
You can find all of this information using your Mintsoft orders, as you can see in the image below;
To track a DPD parcel, please use this link https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/how-can-we-help/index.jsp
Then you can enter the tracking number and the postcode to the ‘Receiving a parcel?’ help box (please see picture below).
DHL tracking services can be found at this link https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/
Again, you will need the tracking number and your customer's postcode. As shown in the image below DHL refer to the tracking number as a shipment number; your tracking number will still work!
Royal Mail Tracking
To track a parcel sent via Royal Mail please follow this link; https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
To track a parcel on Royal Mail you will only need the order tracking number.
Evri (formerly Hermes) Tracking
To track a parcel being delivered by Evri, please use the following link; https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel
Evri also only require the tracking number to locate your parcel.
