Can I amend the address on an order?

Yes, you can!

You will need to submit an order query through Mintsoft to change the address on your order. You can find the steps below:

1. Log in to Mintsoft
2. Select help in the panel on the left-hand side 
3. Then select order queries (see image below for further guidance)
4. You will need to select the ‘amend address option’ and select the order number your query relates to 
5. Make sure to click create to submit the query to the team!
