If one of your orders is reconsigned there are two options once the parcel has been received back into the warehouse, if you notify us within 48 hours you can choose either option. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours we will proceed with Option 1 (processing as a return).
If you would like to set a preference for all reconsigned orders then please advise us of this via the Success Portal. Alternatively, you can make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
We can process the parcel as an ordinary return, in line with our returns policy and normal costs associated with returns.
The parcel can be re-despatched to your customer. This will incur a pick and pack charge as well as the new shipping costs.
