How can I ensure that all of my data on Mintsoft and Shopify is the same?

The Tech team will complete data checks to ensure that all of the data on Mintsoft mirrors that of Shopify. The main thing that you can do to ensure that the data is identical is to make sure that each of your products has a unique SKU, as this means the data will always transfer correctly. Some fields such as the composition, weight and commodity codes don't automatically pull down, so the Tech team will input this data manually for you. 

This is the same process whether you are onboarding with us or adding a new product. As long as you have a complete set of correct data for each product on Shopify, Mintsoft will be exactly the same.
