Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as early as possible to avoid it being incorrectly despatched.


If the request is made pre-1pm, we can cancel an order regardless of the status. However, if this is post-1pm, we can only cancel orders in the below status:


  • New
  • Printed
  • Picked 
  • Backorder


If the order is despatched, and the request comes through post-1pm, a 'Return To Sender' request will need to be made with the courier.


If this is a Royal Mail order, we are unable to request a return to sender, the customer will have to be advised to refuse the delivery.
